Ryszard Sikorski – President of the Management Board
A Financier and Manager with long term, extensive experience working for the biggest Polish banks, in the area of corporate banking, investment and transactional banking, as well as sales management. A Member of Credit Committees, Assets and Liabilities Management Committee (ALCO) and Development Committee. He actively participated in creating and implementing modern financial market products and procedures. He also took part in numerous interdisciplinary project teams dealing particularly with broadly defined corporate banking. A member of the board of directors and supervisory board of investment companies and several other commercial law companies.
Since 1997 he has been a successful entrepreneur, an active certified tax advisor (license number 00875) and financial adviser (Europen license ), a coordinator and supervisor of consulting teams in the capital market and various consulting undertakings for companies.
A graduate of the Cracow University of Economics, Faculty of Finance and Banking. He also completed Post-Graduate Program in Enterprise and Management at the Cracow University of Economics (specializing in Accounting and Finance and Company Valuation), as well as Post-Graduate Training at Faculty of Economics, La Sapienza University in Rome. In his spare time he is interested in football, travelling, Italian culture and foreign languages.
Piotr Wojnar – Vise President of the Management Board
An Advocate and Partner of the renowned law firm Wojnar, Smołuch i Wspólnicy, Adwokaci, Limited Liability Partnership (LLP) based in Wasaw. He has extensive, long term experience gained inter alia by working in the Securities and Exchange Commission.
He is also an expert in the area of trade and commercial law, specialising in commercial companies law and securities law. He provides advisory services in the area of mergers and acquisitions transactions (M&A), contracts negotiations and shareholders and stockholders settlements, leading to purchase the majority share package in commercial companies operating in local and foreign markets.
He also performs audits regarding legal status of companies, carries out comprehensive analysis of businesses, advises on corporate and capital markets. A member of supervisory bodies of numerous business entities.
Advocate Piotr Wojnar graduated from the Law and Administration Faculty at Warsaw University and worked in numerous Polish and international institutions.
