- project management referring to to devising internal structures of financial institutions – building corporate/institutional financial divisions within 3 leading financial institutions in Poland;
- organizing corporate bond issuance for 3 financial institutions and 2 companies, in the regulated markets,
- preparing Initial public offering IPO documentation for public markets (dept securities and bonds) for 4 companies, as a partner of brokerage firms;
- providing law and tax advisory services (permanent consulting or transaction assistance) for 57 business entities;
- rendering consulting services to investors from the European Union countries operating in the Polish market – 4 companies from Italy.
